Sanjay is a dual qualified lawyer both in India and England & Wales.


He is admitted as an Advocate at the Bar Council of Delhi in India in 1990 and has worked with Dua Associates in their New Delhi office in the areas of business & commercial laws with an emphasis on advising foreign companies to establish a presence in India.


He qualified as a Solicitor at Allen & Overy, London in 1998 and was one of the founding members of the India Group.


He qualified as a Notary Public in 2004 after successfully completing the Notarial Diploma run by the University of Cambridge.


He is also registered as an Indian Lawyer with the legal and Judicial authorities in Monaco.
